Symphoniker im Foyer

In the stylish ambience of the Düsseldorf opera foyer, members of the Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra explore well-known and unknown masterpieces of chamber music together with singers from the opera ensemble.

Bohemia is a land of musical longing and has produced some of the most famous European composers such as Bedřich Smetana, Antonín Dvořák, Josef Bohuslav Foerster and Bohuslav Martinů. Together with the Czech baritone Roman Hoza, the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker will perform Bedřich Smetana's string quartet “From my life” and Antonín Dvořák's “Songs in folk tone”.
