Marta Andreitsiv

Born in Ukraine, Marta started ballet classes at the age of three. She studied at the private ballet school "Fors" in Kiev before becoming a student at the Tanz Akademie Zürich in 2017. After completing her training, she was accepted into the Junior Company Zurich for the 2021/22 season. Among other things, she won the silver medal at the Tanzolymp Berlin in 2016. Her repertoire includes ballets by Christian Spuck such as his "Nutcracker", "Sleeping Beauty" or "Leonce and Lena", "Angels Atlas" and "Emergence" by Crystal Pite as well as choreographies by Juliano Nunes and Craig Davidson, among others. She can be seen in the dance film "Aspherical" by Ben Ruesser and Black Simpson, which won a special award at the Europe Music Awards. She has been an ensemble member of the Ballett am Rhein since the 2022/23 season. She danced in the role of la Noia in the UFO-production "Kinder an die Macht!".
