In dialogue with the piano, members of the opera ensemble explore the full spectrum of international song artistry, creating programmes full of lyricism and sound. From early explorations of the chamber music genre, such as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s original song compositions, through emotionally intense Romantic art songs, right up to the modern era: at the Liedmatinee, you can experience music – and the ensemble of the Deutsche Oper am Rhein – up close.
