Elisabeth Freyhoff

German-Georgian soprano Elisabeth Freyhoff began studying singing at the Freiburg Academy for Gifted Students while still at secondary school. She then moved to Munich from 2017 to 2024, where she studied at the HMTM with KS Prof. Christiane Iven and at the August Everding Theatre Academy with Prof. Lars Woldt.
Elisabeth is a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation and the German Stage Association – Bavarian Regional Association.
She made her debut in 2023 as Serpetta in Mozart's “La finta giardiniera” at the Theater an der Wien and is a welcome guest at the Munich Chamber Opera, where she made her role debut as Susanna (Mozart's “Le nozze di Figaro” – German-language version) in 2022.
Engagements in the field of lieder and concerts have taken her to various international festivals and concert halls, as well as to renowned orchestras such as the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and the Bremer Philharmoniker.

In the 2025/26 season, she will appear at the DOR as Clorinda (Rossini's “La Cenerentola”), Barbarina (Mozart's “Le nozze di Figaro”) and Anna (Verdi's “Nabucco”) in the 2025/26 season, as well as in the masterclass concerts of the opera studio. In addition to numerous concert engagements, she will make her house and role debut as Helena (Britten's “A Midsummer Night's Dream”) at the Theater Münster.
