Born in Spain, Eduardo Aladrén studied at the conservatory in his hometown of Zaragoza, at the Madrid Conservatory of Music, and at the School of Music Bloomington (Indiana University, USA). He has sung several major tenor roles on numerous stages in the USA and Europe. Guest engagements have taken him to opera houses in Leipzig, Weimar, Essen, Kassel, Karlsruhe, Freiburg, Oslo, Bergen, Prague, Moscow, Tokyo, Bonn, Chicago, St. Gallen, Bilbao, Riga, Palm Beach, Calgary, Ottawa, the Philharmonie am Gasteig in Munich, and the Tonhalle Zürich, among many other venues. At the Deutsche Oper am Rhein the tenor likewise has performed several roles of his field. In 2021, he made his debut as Turiddu (Mascagni's “Cavalleria Rusticana”) at the Finnish National Opera House in Helsinki and in 2022 as Ismaele (Verdi's “Nabucco”) at the Teatro Real in Madrid.

In the 2025/26 season, he will appear at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in the title role of Wagner's “Parsifal”, as well as Luigi (Puccini's “Il tabarro”), Kalaf (Puccini's “Turandot”), and Ismaele (Verdi's “Nabucco”).
