Symphoniker im Foyer

In the stylish ambience of the Düsseldorf Opera Foyer, members of the Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra and singers from the opera ensemble explore known and unknown masterpieces of chamber music.

The Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra kicks off the new foyer season with a Schubertiade. In addition to Schubert's early work, the String Trio in B flat major and the famous String Quintet in C major, a late work by Schubert, songs from the master's last song cycle, “Schwanengesang,” will be performed by ensemble member Sami Luttinen.
